All services include half an hour of initial consultation and up to one hour of final review and correction at the time of signing. A prepayment of $300.00 will be required for any in-office consultation, and will count towards the cost of any services selected:

  • One Deed to Trust (Recording included).

• IRREVOCABLE LIVING TRUST / ASSET PROTECTION / MEDICAID TRUST: STARTING AT $3,000.00 to xxx… Depending on complexity.

  • Irrevocable Trust (not including cost of Deed transfer / Trust Funding)

  • Pour Over Will.

  • Advance Healthcare Directive and Living Will.

  • Additional Florida Deed to Trust transfer $250.00 each (Recording included).

• COMPANY OPERATING AGREEMENT AND BYLAWS FOR TRUST OWNERSHIP OR INHERITANCE: Starting at $1,500.00 and up, depending on complexity.

• DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY: $300.00 SINGLE - $500.00 COUPLE.

• DEEDS.

  • Quit Claim Deed: $300.00 plus recording.

  • Lady Bird Deed / Enhanced Life Estate Deed: $500.00 plus recording.

  • Recording Services offered for $50.00 per deed flat fee if no Mortgage on the Property, and $50.00 PLUS the cost of recording for Property with Mortgage.

• SIMPLE LAST WILL PACKET: $300.00 SINGLE - $500.00 COUPLE.

  • Last Will & Testament.
